The philosophy of the Berrybrook School is to provide an atmosphere where children can feel free to explore their environment and express themselves through play, thus fostering individuality, creativity, and independence. Each child is entitled to a safe, secure and cheerful environment. The program promotes the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of all children.
Berrybrook School Summer Nature Program
The Summer Nature Program at Berrybrook offers a variety of outdoor self-directed and structured activities with an emphasis on nature and art. Through the summer, children work with a wide range of art media and processes, and experiment with water, sand, and bubbles as well. The 2012 summer nature curriculum is planned for children who will be 4 years old by September 1, 2012. It operates from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and will be offered for 6 weeks. Click here for additional details.
