Berrybrook Parents Association
The Berrybrook Parents Association is an organization within Berrybrook School that is run by the parents to assist with special activities for students and families. Traditionally, the BPA collects nominal dues annually in order to achieve its goals. The primary purpose for the funds that are raised is the child enrichment programs. In past years, the BPA has funded story-tellers, puppeteers, the N. E. Aquarium, dancers and fitness instructors to make appearances at Berrybrook.
The BPA helps organize the school's community outreach efforts. Some local programs that the BPA has worked with include Pilgrim Hope Family Shelter and Friends of Cranberry Hospice. The BPA is responsible for hosting the annual Harvest Festival, with help from sponsors such as CertaPro Painters, and the Spring Fling, which also helps to raise funds.
In the future, the BPA would like to host seminars that would be open to the community and parent enrichment classes and gatherings.
